HOW DO I ORDER?

I LIKE THE PRICES BUT I REQUIRE YOU TO DESIGN MY ARTWORK, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Answer: We normally take 1-2 days to produce proofs. Our team of designers work hard to produce creative artwork and so proofs can sometimes take longer than this. If your print is urgent please call the sales team on the above number before ordering to get an current lead time on artwork

I HAVE USED OTHER PRINTERS IN THE PAST, THE QUALITY LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED. HOW CAN I BE SURE YOUR QUALITY IS UP TO STANDARD?

I LIKE YOUR PRICES BUT WOULD LIKE A DIFFERNET STOCK (PAPER) IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Answer: We can print on paper from 80gsm to 400gsm. If you specify a different stock your job will be printed especially for you as a bespoke job and will increase in price. Please contact sales on the above number.

I AM LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT BUT AM UNSURE WHAT SIZE…….HELP?
Answer: Please click the link below, this page will give you dimensions of flyers & leaflets and you can download the template free of charge, alternatively please call one of our sales team on the above number.

IS MY LEAFLET OR FLYER SUBJECT TO VAT?
Answer: VAT is chargeable if the flyer is used as admission, discount on admission or product/service. An example of this is "Free (Or discounted) Admission With This Flyer". VAT is chargeable if the flyer is designed to be written on for example a form is incorporated into the design. VAT is chargeable if the flyer is to be used as a Postcard. A more detailed description of VAT print rules & regulations is a available from HM Revenue & Customs

WHAT IF THE SIZE I WANT PRIONTED IS NOT LISTED AS A PRODUCT?
Answer: If you do not see the size you wish to print as a product, you will have to pick the smallest product that your job fits into. For example, if you would like to print a 105mm x 105mm you will need to pick an A6 148mm x 105mm product. Please make sure that you pick the correct size as an error could delay your job. Give our sales team a call if you are unsure on the above number.

I AM AFTER A BESPOKE JOB CAN YOU HELP?
Answer: I would love to! email the specifications of the quote or call us on the above number and we will get a back to you asap.WHAT IS ‘BLEED’?Answer: Bleed is needed to ensure your job looks its best. Images, background colours and other fills, which are intended to print to the trimmed edge of the design, should be extended 3mm beyond the edge to give a 'bleed' without this you will end up with a white border. Example (A6 111 X 154.50) This is for cutting purposes. If you are unsure please contact our sales team on teh above number.

WHAT IS CMYK?
Answer: Four Colour Process Printing', which is also known as 'Full Colour Printing', is a widely used printing technique.

The system uses four base colours – Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. By using combinations of these in various tints, it is possible to produce virtually every colour imaginable!

CAN I ORDER BY EMAIL OR PHONE?

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY OF MY PRINTING?
Answer: If you are not able to take delivery of your order, our courier will leave a card to let you know they tried to make the delivery. Please call the number on the card to rearrange

IS YOUR PACKAGING BRANDED? DOES IT HAVE TO BE?
Answer: Our packaging is usually branded. However, if you would prefer it not to be then please notify us when you place your order and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
